The Ministry of Arts, Culture and Tourism apologises for the
postponement of the Kwagh-Hir Festival that was scheduled to hold on the 7th
– 9th January, 2016.
The Ministry
regrets any inconvenience the postponement may have caused the general public. A
later date will be announced in due course.
